The Law Office

The Law Office of Tzotzos – Petridis & Associates was established in 1997 in Thessaloniki by the lawyers Thomas Tzotzos and Nikolaos Petridis and its main practices involve company law, property and commercial law, criminal law as well as tax law and finance, especially in combination with international transactions. We provide legal advice in relation to the establishment and operation of any form of company.

The co-founder of the Office, Mr. Thomas Tzotzos, has read law in Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. After his graduation he practiced business and corporate law in Frankfurt for several years before his transition to Thessaloniki.

The clients of our Office are recognized corporations with places of business in Germany and Greece, and natural people who are doing business or wish to go into business in Greece, and whom we mainly advise in financial - commercial issues and represent in the eventuality of a juridical dispute.

Our Office has created and cooperates with its own network of competent and well-established colleagues across the country. Together, our lawyers work across practices and jurisdictions to provide the highest quality legal services, bringing their collective experience to bear on the issues that clients face.
